The short answer
Structural recertification in Fort Lauderdale is the sealed structural half of the local program, prepared by an engineer who meets the local qualification rules. Threshold towers need the structural portion from a structural specialist who qualifies as a Special Inspector. A Florida-licensed professional specializing in electrical design prepares the electrical report.
