What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, your role, the building or association name, city or zip, year built, stories, units, whether the building is near the coast, the service you need, any notice or deadline, budget, timeline and details. We also record the page you sent it from, how you reached the site (such as campaign tags and the referring site), the time, and whether you ticked the consent box together with the exact consent wording shown to you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and arrange the inspection, study or repair work you ask about. We also use it to run and improve this site, to prevent spam and abuse, and to keep records of consent.

Who we share it with

To carry out your request we share it with the one engineering or architecture firm, reserve professional or contractor who will handle the work for your building. We use service providers to host the site, store requests, send email and measure site use (Google Analytics), and Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. We do not sell your information.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box, Condo Safety Florida and the one local provider matched to your request may call and text you about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded, and you will hear a notice first.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
