The service
Condo Safety Florida arranges and coordinates milestone inspections, structural integrity reserve studies, building recertification and concrete restoration for Florida condominium and cooperative buildings. Requesting a proposal is free and you are never obliged to go ahead.
Who performs the work
Inspections and studies are performed by Florida-licensed engineers and architects, and reserve studies may also be performed by a qualified reserve professional, as Florida law requires. Each professional is responsible for their own findings, signed and sealed reports and filings. Repairs are carried out by contractors who hold the licences the work requires and pull their own permits. Condo Safety Florida does not itself practise engineering or architecture. Agree the scope, fee and schedule in writing before work starts.
