When do Fort Lauderdale notices go out?

By certified mail between 1 June and 31 August each year. The 180-day report clock starts from the notice.

Is the Broward program the same as the milestone inspection?

They overlap but are not the same. The Broward program starts at 25 years for the buildings it covers and has its own repair window; condo and co-op buildings must also meet s. 553.899.
