The short answer

The City of Hollywood now titles its program the "25-Year or Older Building Safety Program", run under Broward County's administrative provisions and Board of Rules and Appeals guidelines. After the Surfside collapse the city re-issued certified letters to listed properties, set up a recertification taskforce and assigned dedicated staff (City of Hollywood). Condo and co-op buildings must also meet the state milestone inspection law.
